By accessing or using Availi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Availi is a group scheduling tool that helps users coordinate meeting times across multiple participants. The Service allows users to share availability, find common meeting times, create booking links, and generate video conferencing links through third-party integrations (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via a supported identity provider (Google or Microsoft) through Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, send unsolicited invitations or spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. You may revoke integration access at any time from the Integrations page.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Availi. Your meeting data, availability information, and content you create through the Service remain yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Availi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
