1. Information We Collect

When you sign in via Google or Microsoft (through Auth0), we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We collect meeting details you create, participant information, and availability data. When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, we access only your free/busy information — we do not read, store, or display your event titles, descriptions, attendees, or other calendar event details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to authenticate your identity, compute group availability and suggest optimal meeting times, send meeting invitations and reminders via email, create video conferencing links (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), and provide public booking pages so others can schedule time with you.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with Auth0 (authentication), Google APIs (calendar and Meet), Microsoft Graph API (calendar and Teams), Zoom API (meetings), and Resend (email delivery) only as necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Sessions are encrypted and expire after 7 days. All connections use HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, disconnect third-party integrations at any time, delete your account and all associated data from Settings, and request a copy of your data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure in production, and expires after 7 days. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies.
