Calendly alternative
Book a group as fast as a 1:1.
Availi reads everyone's calendar and finds when you're all free, even if nobody else uses Availi. No polls, no votes. Booking links for your 1:1s included.
Calendly is great for 1:1 booking. Groups are where it gets awkward: a meeting poll means you guess times and everyone votes by hand, and collective events only work when every host has a paid seat on your Calendly account. Availi does the booking links too, and for groups of 3–10 it reads each person's own calendar and ranks every time by who can make it. Nobody needs an account.
Book 10 people in 3 steps, not 21.
Booking 10 people with a Calendly meeting poll: 21 steps
You
- Go to Scheduling, click + Create, then More ways to meet, then Meeting poll.
- Pick a time zone and a duration.
- Look at your own calendar and guess what might suit 9 people whose calendars you can't see.
- Click each option onto the calendar, one slot at a time. Twelve options, twelve clicks.
- Click Next. Name the meeting and pick a location.
- Click Share meeting poll, then Copy Link.
- Write an email to all 9 explaining the link, and send it.
Each of 9 guests (×9)
- Find the email and open the poll link.
- Check the time zone is theirs. If not, fix it from the dropdown.
- Open their own calendar in another tab.
- Scroll through every proposed time, day by day, checking each against their calendar.
- Click each time that works, one at a time.
- Click Next.
- Enter their name and email on the next screen.
- Submit. Votes are final, so they can't change them later.
You, again
- Wait for 9 people to vote.
- Work out who hasn't voted.
- Email them yourself. Calendly polls send no reminders.
- Wait again.
- Go to Scheduling, open the Meeting polls tab, then your poll.
- Compare the votes and find the time most people picked.
- No time works for all 10? You can't add times to a live poll. Start again at step 1, and all 9 vote again.
- Click Book on that slot, and + Add Invitee for anyone who never voted.
- Click Book Meeting.
Votes are final, so if someone's week fills up before you book, the poll never knows. You book a time they can't make, and they don't show.
Want a co-organizer on the poll? On the free plan, Calendly asks you to upgrade first.

Questions about switching from Calendly
Is Availi a full Calendly replacement?
Yes. Booking links with multiple meeting types, buffers, minimum notice, a booking window, reschedule and cancel links, and Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Plus group scheduling from everyone's real calendar.
Do the people I invite need an Availi account?
No. People booking your link just pick a time. For group meetings, guests connect their calendar from the invite link, with no sign-up.
What do guests share when they connect a calendar?
Only free/busy. Event titles, details and calendar names stay private, and guest calendar access is deleted within a week of the meeting being confirmed.
How does pricing compare to Calendly?
About the same. Availi Standard is $10 per seat a month and Team is $16, billed annually; Calendly Standard is $10 and Teams is $16. With Availi, group scheduling from real calendars is included.
Can I keep Calendly and use Availi just for groups?
Yes. Start with group meetings and move your booking links over when you're ready.
