Cal.com alternative
Book the whole group. Nobody signs up.
Availi reads each person's calendar from one link and finds when you're all free. No Cal.com accounts, no team to join, no seat for every guest.
Cal.com is a strong, open-source booking tool with a generous free plan. Its group features are built for people who already use Cal.com: dynamic group links combine Cal.com usernames, and collective events are for members of your Cal.com team. Availi does the booking links too, and for groups of 3–10 it reads anyone's calendar, whether they use Availi or not.

Questions about switching from Cal.com
Is Availi open source like Cal.com?
No. Availi is hosted, so there's nothing to install, update or keep running.
Do people in a group need an Availi account?
No. They connect their calendar from the invite link. That's the main difference from Cal.com's group links, which need a Cal.com username for each person.
What do guests share when they connect a calendar?
Only free/busy. Event titles, details and calendar names stay private, and guest calendar access is deleted within a week of the meeting being confirmed.
How does pricing compare to Cal.com?
Availi Standard is $10 per seat a month and Team is $16, billed annually; Cal.com Teams is $12 per user and Organizations is $28.
Can I import my Cal.com event types?
Not yet. Each meeting type takes a couple of minutes to set up.
